This policy explains what information PromptStocked (“we”) collects when you use this website and the PromptStocked for WooCommerce plugin, and how we use it.

The free plugin

The free plugin runs on your own WordPress site. It reads your WooCommerce product data to run the readiness check and to build the product feed. This data stays on your server. The free plugin does not send your product, order or customer data to us.

This website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

When you contact us

If you email us or join the waitlist, we keep your email address and your message so we can reply and, if you asked, tell you when Pro launches. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Pro (when available)

Pro licenses will be sold through a payment provider. We will receive your name, email address and license details, but not your full card details. If you use automatic upload, the plugin will send your product feed to OpenAI using the SFTP details OpenAI gives you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@promptstocked.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
