Refund policy

The free plugin costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Pro licenses

If Pro does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. Please tell us what went wrong so we can improve the plugin.

Renewals

Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@promptstocked.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method. After a refund the license is deactivated.
